Active Outreach Services provides mentoring, tuition, and alternative education support for children and young people aged 5–25, including learners accessing provision outside of mainstream settings across a range of delivery environments including online, in the home, within schools, and community settings.
The service operates using a structured project-based allocation model, where learner projects and specialist opportunities are matched based on service needs, professional suitability, availability, and experience.
This hub has been designed to help applicants understand the AOS framework, learn how projects operate, prepare for interview, and access application and recruitment guidance.
